  3rd Tier: Quickes Devonshire Red, 1.8kg - Another beauty from Quickes of Devon. This is Quickes distinctive take on Red Leicester. Fresher and lighter than a traditional Red Leicester with a delicious creaminess and a slight nuttiness - a must try!

  4th Tier: Brillat Savarin, 600g - A deliciously, rich and decadent triple cream dessertcheese. Chalky and fresh when young maturing into a luscious creaminess with rich buttery notes. Made in the Ile de France region, it pairs well with Champagne! You’ll be wanting more than one!

  5th Tier: Chaource, 250g - Chaource is a discerningly good, rich soft creamy cheese with a delicate outer pure white bloomy rind. Chaource ripens from the outside in, it should start to breakdown around the soft rind, giving a slightly gooey layer near the rind with a firmer interior. Creamy, spreadable with a slight pungency and a hint of earthy mushrooms
