• Base: Pork Pie, 500g - Handcrafted using traditional methods, these award winning pork pies use the finest diced pork, minced pork, onions and seasoning. Simple and tasty

  2nd Tier: Snowdonia, 400g Black Bomber Truckle - This extra mature cheddar has a superb depth of flavour. It's creamy rich, delicious and very smooth
• 
  3rd Tier: Perl Las Blue Cheese, 250g - Made entirely by handin the lovely and lush valley of the river Cych in Carmarthenshire. Thisis a beautiful mild/medium blue cheeseit’s strong but delicate and creamy with lovely lingering overtones
• 
  4th Tier: Chabichou - This Pasteurised goats cheese has a sweet and delicate taste with a luscious creaminess. The rind is thin with white, yellow and blue markings. The interior is fairly firm becoming crumbly once matured

Included: Small amount of purple organza ribbon to create the look in the picture. We've simply tied the organza in a bow. Bamboo board is not included. Extra decorations not included.

Please note: If Chabichou unavailable we will use an alternative small cheese such as Capricorn Goat or Brillat Savarin (triple cream cheese). We need a minimum of 7 days for our pork pies as these are handmade to order.
