Our Story

We are a small family business based in Malton showing the UK the difference between mass manufactured supermarket 'pasta' and beautiful, sustainable, artisan pasta!

We combine artisan techniques with locally milled wheat flour and sustainable paper packaging to create our Premium British Pasta.

Launched in May 2020, our first two years have been a whirl-wind, we now supply over 450 farm shops, delis and zero waste shops up and down the UK and have featured on James Martin’s Saturday Morning ITV show, Davina MacCall’s podcast and The Sunday Times.

In November I will travel to London as a finalist in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards - Food and Drink Entrepreneur of the Year (North West).
