Pour hot water in the ratio of 1 teaspoon per 200 ml and stir briefly, Infuse for approx. 5 minutes, Then strain, Add honey or sugar to taste and Enjoy.

Preparation instructions:
1. Run the tap a little so the water is nicely aerated, and only boil it once to keep the oxygen level up
2. Pour hot water in the ratio of 1 teaspoon per 200 ml and stir briefly
3. Let it infuse for 8-10 minutes. Tea needs time to unlock all its flavor
4. Then strain
5. Add honey or sugar to taste and Enjoy
