Two Birds Speciality Cocktail Gin 20cl 40% ABV

Similar to Two Birds' London Dry Gin, this Speciality Cocktail Gin is carefully distilled to offer an even stronger juniper flavour. As you might expect, it’s great in cocktails.

Palate: Much stronger juniper presence on the nose. Steady juniper flavours throughout, with background spice of coriander and citrus.
Best serve: Over ice, add 25ml elderflower cordial, 5cl Speciality Cocktail Gin, 100ml fresh cloudy apple juice and squeeze in two or three lime wedges, followed by a good stir. Add some cucumber to garnish.
