Based in Hertfordshire - we are a family run British company; born and bred in the local area; and serving only the UK. We work with carefully selected, like-minded, family run, truffle-obsessed hunters and producers to share our exclusive range of exquisite truffle products - created with fresh, organic truffles hunted locally from secret truffle regions in Croatia, and Hungary.
We have selected these products for the UK based on flavour, aroma, sustainability, natural ingredients, and a higher-than-average truffle content. Our products do not contain any synthetic flavourings or additives.

Prep & usage
We recommend it for seasoning hot and cold dressings. Use it to glaze roasted or grilled meat (think truffle honey glazed Ham!) or for cakes and sweets. It is also ideal for fine, tangy cheeses, and of course breakfast - toasts, croissants, brioches, or on pancakes.
