Tayberries are a raspberry/blackberry hybrid and originate from the banks of the River Tay in Scotland. The fruit is similar to a loganberry, but is sweeter and more aromatic. We use hand-picked fruit from growers in Sussex during their short season, so this is available in limited quantities.

Jam Packed Preserves is a small family-run business specialising in luxury, British preserves to the highest standards, but believe these shouldn't cost the Earth. Here at Jam Packed Preserves we don't like food waste. That's how we got started. We had a surplus of fruit from our allotment, and after getting the family recipe from Grandma, the first jar of raspberry jam was made. We source the best quality ingredients from British growers whenever possible. We don't just do this because we believe in supporting our communities, but it also reduces food miles, making it a much more sustainable choice.
