A carefully created Sussex hamper made with pride! Sussex is home to some top-quality producers, so it was only right to put together a hamper celebrating some of our favourites.

All selection boxes come with Millers Elements crackers and Snowdonia chutneys.

  Brighton Blue 200g: Brighton Blue is a mild, semi-soft cheese with a mellow blue flavour and a slightly salty finish and a delicious melt in the mouth texture. The blue green veins deepen as the cheese matures, and the familiar flavour of the Brighton blue deepens.

  Cricket St Thomas Brie 200g: Cricket St Thomas Brie portrays a deliciously creamy taste, smoother texture, and richer consistency.
• 
  Golden Cross Goats Cheese 225g: A log-shaped goat’s milk cheese which can be eaten fresh or matured. Its lightly charcoaled prior to maturation when a velvety white penicillium mould develops on the surface leaving a creamy, sharp centre.

  Sussex Charmer 200g: An unusual cheese combining together the characteristics of cheddar and Parmesan with the initial creaminess of a full-bodied cheddar, followed by a definite parmesan zing.

  High Weald Ashdown Forester Smoked Cheese 150g: A young, firm un-pressed cheese with a creamy, slightly squidgy texture, which has been naturally smoked over oak shavings.

  Beal’s Farm Managlitsa Coppa 50g: An award-winning British Coppa made from rare mangalitsa pigs. Whole marbled neck muscle is cured with cinnamon and cloves to produce this melt-in-the-mouth coppa.

  Calcot Farm Air Dried Ham 50g: Our smoked South Downs Ham is richly flavoured and perfect for eating on its own or in soups and stews.

  Moons Greens Bresaola 50g: A classic bresaloa with a British twist; air dried & aged for two to three months and the result is a seriously rich and intense flavoured product with hints of juniper with a lasting finish.

  Plum & Port Stick 90g: Port and plum are both a sauce and a famous pork dish so we are well-connected by tradition. The combination of port and plum with pork is heavenly and the great chunks of preserved plums make for a luscious saucisson.

  South Downs Chorizo 50g: A semi-soft spicy chorizo with a good kick of heat from a blend of chillis.

  Albourne Estate Rose De Noirs: Made from 100% red grapes, Pinot Noir in this instance. It bears a red fruit nose and palate with a refreshing crisp acidity.

  Ditchling Gin 2 x 5cl: A premium London dry style gin using quality UK-sourced grain with a unique array of locally foraged botanicals and the pure spring water of Sussex.
