Sparkling Rhubarb Wine made in the traditional champagne menthod - Demi sec to taste. Our Rhubling is made in the traditional champagne method. Lots of lovely natural bubbles and a great alternative to champagne. It has a slightly pink colour due to using British early forced grown rhubarb. It contains no sulphites, artificial colours or preservatives.

Did you know, there is an old variety of Rhubarb called 'Champagne' it is one of the earliest varieties and is recognised as being the best forced rhubarb variety.

About the Producer
Clive's Wines is a fruit wine producer based in Staffordshire. We make a number of traditional wines from British grown fruit. Our wines are made from real fruit and are not mixed with a grape wine. They contain no sulphites, artificial colours or preservatives and we only use British sugar.The fruit used in the wine is locally sourced where possible and the elderflowers are picked by ourselves from around Burntwood and Lichfield.
