Simon's Marmalade is a full flavoured, tangy Seville orange and lemon vegan marmalade with caramel undertones and evenly distributed small chunks of peel. The secret is to cook the fruit slowly at a lower temperature and to caramelise some of the sugars prior to setting, this gives it the rich dark and tangy flavour.

Simon and Nicola are proud to bring to your table a disparate group of products that are special and different to what you might find on the market elsewhere. Ingredients, where ever possible are sourced locally and of the highest quality. Production waste is minimal and even the remaining pith and pips from the marmalade production are composted.

StorageOnce opened, close lid tightly after use and store at ambient temperature. It can be stored in this form for up to 3 months depending on the number of times the jar has been opened. We do not recommend refrigeration because some sugar may crystallise.
