Seven Sisters Organic Cheese is named after the Seven Sisters chalk cliffs right here in East Sussex.
The most recent cheese from the High Weald Dairy is a semi-soft matured sheep milk cheese, coated in a layer of Hebridean seaweed.
As well as looking interesting it has a light nuttiness to it and a lasting tang, the seaweed coat makes it very difficult to resist.
