Our St Vernier is perfect for both cheese lovers and cheese amateurs. Its smooth taste relies on the Sauvignon wine that it was washed with, giving it its unordinary flavour. The rind that has a total different taste that its runny inside. The cheese is extremely rich and soft, with delicate sherry-like flavour and when you cut the cheese. It is so creamy and soft, it'll run off your cracker if you're not careful!
