Prep & usageRosemary & Garlic salt can be used as a condiment to season meals in place of plain salt; this aromatic blend will add delightful fragrant notes to all your meals, it works well as a seasoning for all cuisine types. Use as a delicious rub or as part of a marinade for meat, poultry, fish and vegetables. Use to season joints and potatoes prior to roasting, add to breadcrumb coatings, stir into couscous and grains, sprinkle on cooked vegetables, pasta and salads. Rosemary and garlic salt can also add a delicious extra savoury flavour to homemade bread; just substitute rosemary and garlic salt for the plain sea salt that a recipe calls for, it can also be sprinkled as a topping on breads such as focaccia.
