All our oils are a blend of Corfu’s native Lianolia olive tree, originally cultivated for the production of the highest quality oils for the Venetian markets, mixed 20:80 with the Koroneki; another ancient Greek olive tree variety grown for centuries on both Corfu and to the east across the Peloponnese.
