This apple-based jelly is infused with rosemary during cooking and contains a suspension of finely chopped fresh rosemary. This is a lovely clear jelly that lacks the bright green colour of many shop-bought varieties as we do not add artificial colourings to our jellies. Traditionally used as a condiment to accompany roast lamb, this makes a lovely alternative to redcurrant jelly or mint sauce. This jelly is made using barley malt vinegar

Jam Packed Preserves is a small family-run business specialising in luxury, British preserves to the highest standards, but believe these shouldn't cost the Earth. Here at Jam Packed Preserves we don't like food waste. That's how we got started. We had a surplus of fruit from our allotment, and after getting the family recipe from Grandma, the first jar of raspberry jam was made. We source the best quality ingredients from British growers whenever possible. We don't just do this because we believe in supporting our communities, but it also reduces food miles, making it a much more sustainable choice.
