Brut vintage with sparkling personality in this sweet and charming champagne, a perfect reflection of its vineyard, expressing itself in a blend of three grapes – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier with 10% of red wine coming from ancient vines. A delicate and pale pink colour taking on hints of gold and orange. It reveals an incomparable bouquet, an active, tangy, fresh and tender effervescence at the same time. Its flavours develop durably in the mouth, offering a silky texture, a warm character, a fine and creamy foam that is unanimous!
About the Producer
In the heart of the Regional Park of the Mountain of Reims, in the picturesque Champagne village of Sacy, Damien Buffet and family cultivate their vines with passion and rigour. The Sacy vineyard is classified as Champagne Premier Cru and production of their champagne is done with the purest respect for traditions handed down through family generations since 15th century.
