• Base: Fine English Vintage Cheddar, 1kg - This cheese is made using traditional methods and matured for 14 months before being dipped in its Burgundy wax outer coating. A delicious, sweet tangy, soft creamy cheddar.

  2nd Tier: Colston Bassett Stilton, 1kg - One of Britain's best known cheeses is Stilton, Colston Bassett is one of the best in the country. Mellow and deliciously creamy with lovely rich deep savoury flavours. A delicate spicy tang from the blue veins comes through with a rounded and superb lingering finish Vegetarian, Pasteurised

  3rd Tier: Somerset Camembert x 2, 200g - We’ve used two mild and creamy soft Somerset Camembert’s and tied raffia round them. A delicious delicate creamy camembert.

  Top: Capricorn, 100g - This little goats cheese has won a staggering amount of awards over the years. It is a delicious, velvety soft goats cheese. Mild and crumbly when young developing into a softer, creamier fuller flavour as it matures
