Bramley Apple Gin by Redsmith Distillery 70cl

A dry gin that captures the subtle flavour of apples, this is distilled with Bramley apple and a range of carefully selected botanicals. This gin has a sweeteness that comes only from infusion with the Bramley apples. Redsmith Dry Apple gin is labelled to reflect a limited edition status and availability.

'Bramley apples were a perfect choice for us. With the original Bramley apple tree still growing so close to our distillery we were excited to be able to create something really unique and special' - Wayne (Head distiller).

The bottles are made from one hundred percent recycled glass.

Bottled at 40% abv.

Nose
Soft juniper with suggestion of sweetness followed by crisp apple notes.

To taste
The initial burst of sugared almond sweetness rises to rich herbal notes which in turn give way to a crisp apple finish. Juniper is present throughout. The gin is botanically sweetened, the sweetness comes only from the infused apples. No additional sugar is added.
