My Ras El Hanout blend creates a taste of Moroccan cuisine with the freshest ingredients. We use 15 spices, toast them slightly and then grind down to form a deep, aromatic flavour. This is such a versatile blend and can be used in many dishes, ideal to spice up stews and tagines. My Ras El Hanout is a complex blend of many spices, with subtle notes of rose petals and ginger. Great for chicken, fish or vegetables.
We use this blend for tagines, tray bakes or simple marinades for easy meals.

Our spices are produced to be used immediately whilst really fresh, with this in mind we advise to use spices within 6 months, although the actual best before ranges from 8 months to a year.
