Quatre Epices is a French spice mix with a Middle Eastern influence. Quatre Epices Spice Blend is of French origin with a Middle Eastern influence. It can be used in sweet and savoury recipes. Known as the French All Spice it's meaning is "four spices"
We included a half and half mix of white and black pepper to enhance the flavouring. It is ideal for charcuterie, terrine's, soups and stews. Also used in baking for subtle flavouring.
