Joyful and sparkling, this is the flagship of the Damien Buffet Brut champagne range, produced according to a judicious blend dominated by 61% Chardonnay, balanced by 23% Pinot Noir and 16% Pinot Meunier, with a light yellow colour of great purity. This prestigious cuvée is a subtle balance between structure and refinement, being complimented with the best features of Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes. It is a high-quality champagne, where floral aromas and summer fruits are mingled sparingly, leaving the palate with liveliness and great finesse.

About the Producer
In the heart of the Regional Park of the Mountain of Reims, in the picturesque Champagne village of Sacy, Damien Buffet and family cultivate their vines with passion and rigour. The Sacy vineyard is classified as Champagne Premier Cru and production of their champagne is done with the purest respect for traditions handed down through family generations since 15th century.
