Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Liokarpi is considered an unrefined oil since it is not treated with chemicals or altered by temperature. What sets it apart is the low level of oleic acid and the absence of sensory flaws. It contains no more than 1% oleic acid and typically has a golden -green colour, with distinct flavour and a light peppery finish.
It is perfect for cooking, frying, sautéing, poaching, baking and even drizzling over your home-cooked dishes.
The extraction of the olive oil performed in licensed manufacturing plants using only Cold press extraction methods ensures that the Extra Virgin Olive Oil retains all its natural health benefits and flavour.
