- Krohn Ruby Port 37.5cl 19% ABV: A stylish fruity nose port which is full of intense and concentrated blackcurrant and cherry aromas. Full-bodied and firm, the palate is crammed with luscious black fruit flavours.

Brighton Blue 150g: A mild, semi-soft cheese with a mellow blue flavour and a slightly salty finish. -
Pitchfork 200g: A full-bodied, clothbound, dense, and nutty cheddar, with a juicy bite and creamy texture that rolls around the mouth. -
Little Sussex 80g: A delicious soft sheep milk cheese with a bloomy white coat. It has a mild delicate flavour and a fluffy texture when young but becomes stronger and more flavoursome as it ages.
