Montgomery 200g: Traditional, handmade, unpasteurised Somerset Cheddar, matured for 12 months wrapped in muslin cloth on wooden shelves and has deep, rich nutty flavours. -
Bix 100g: Bix British Brie is a triple-cream cheese, a classic of the French Parisian style. Extra cream is added to the milk before making the Bix.
