About the Producer
Oliveri is an artisanal company at the heart of the rich gastronomic heritage of the Alto Monferrato region in Piemonte. Harvesting secrets of the surrounding forests and hills have passed through many generations, symbols of culture and tradition. From Emilio Oliveri's grandfather cultivating Porcini mushrooms in the 1920s, he and wife Marina constantly search for genuine and distinctive flavours for their mushrooms and vegetable preserves.
