Florian Feth is a winemaker from Rheinhessen in north western Germany. He makes his wine using sustainable vineyard practices and is a certified bio-dynamic wine producer. Florian’s wines are also 100% vegan. Feth Pinot Noir is a fine example of high quality pinot noir for Germany . On the nose you will experience intense blackcurrant and cassis along with a hint of liquorice. In the mouth it is much the same with a fine peppery undertone and subtle tannins. In Germany they call Pinot Noir ‘SPÄTBURGUNDER’. This translates to late Burgundy, or late ripening burgundy in English.
Pair Weingut Feth’s Pinot Noir with a pan fried pepper steak and roasted root vegetables. 13% abv. Note: You will be sent the current vintage available. If you are seeking a specific vintage, please get in contact with us before placing your order.
