Excellent value organic Chenin Blanc from Chateau De La Roulerie in the Loire Valley France. The winemaker Philippe Germain has been making wine in the region for a little over 20 years. He and his brother Thierry are well known for making high quality organic wines at affordable prices. Expect lots of citrus fruit along with a slight hint of sweet honeydew to finish. Very dry, crisp and well balanced acidity.
Pair with: Grilled cod, sweet potato mash and steamed greens. 13% abv.
