Made from 100% British and Irish grass-fed beef and seasoned with herbs and spices, the meat is naturally dried and cured before being packed in handy 30g snack bags for your convenience.
Produced by the independently run Chichester Biltong Company in West Sussex, a lot of care and consideration goes into ensuring that the finished product is as natural and flavourful as possible. As the beef is dried and unprocessed, it will eventually mould over time, so a little potassium sorbate (0.006g) is used to make it last a little longer, while small amounts of sodium nitrate is used only to protect the colour of the meat.
