About the Producer
One of the most highly awarded bakeries in Italy, established in 2005 in Veneto, specialising in an artisan range of sweet and savoury biscuits, a selection of fragrant tarts from recovered ancient recipes and traditional gelato. The initiative was taken by a small cooperative of fine pastry chefs to inspire new skills for the future in Padua inmates and to teach the values of teamwork. The concept of craftsmanship is at the heart of each artisan recipe using the finest raw materials and long natural leavening.

If you like panettone, you'll like this
Verified PurchasePhilippe08/12/2022I really like fruited bread like panettone, so I liked this too.
Having said that, I struggled to taste any of the lavender (but this might be me), and the distribution of the apricot pieces was a bit haphazard, and I would have liked more of it in the bread altogether.
At the price, it's expensive for what it is, but the bread itself tastes wonderful, so you wouldn't be that disappointed anyway.
