About the Producer
We are the 4th generation of the family Castillo in the production of extra virgin olive oil. From the end of the Spanish civil war around 1939, our great-grandfather, Sebastián Castillo Mateos, was a master in the handling of olives to extract the best quality of extra virgin olive oil, in a prestigious oil mill located in Morón de la Frontera, Seville

Nowadays, our prestigious olive oil is exclusively bottled by our own brand, Dalussia, designed by Sebastian's grandchildren to bring to markets an authentic fresh olive oil, and the identity of Andalusia.
