A must-haveVerified PurchaseRory the Border28/12/2020
Pan-fried salmon would not be the same without seaweed salt, and the same goes for any fish. Also wonderful finely ground and used- with a good olive oil- on a simple green salad. A must-have for any self-respecting kitchen.
I have been using this wonderful seaweed salt for some time now and hate to be without it! You don’t seem to need a lot of it to get really good seasoning in a dish. Because of this I’m guessing less actual salt and more umami!
Sometimes I ‘sprinkle’ but mostly find that it’s good to add at the beginning when cooking a dish. Particularly good in macaroni cheese!
