Orange Infused Honey by Edinburgh Honey Co. 120g

Orange infused Honey - so so jammy. This honey will surprise you with intensity of orange flavour notes. We have used only unwaxed orange peel and infused it in honey over a long time and then creamed to absolute perfection.

Our favourite use for it is in mulled wine. Simply warm up some wine in a pot (there are no wrong answers here) and stir in as much Orange infused Honey as you would like.

We are Marta and Andy, and we are beekeepers form Edinburgh. We specialise in rare, high quality, raw honey, which we source from our own apiaries both in Scotland and Poland. Our beekeeping tradition has started with our grandfather Stan over 60 years ago back in Poland.
