Becoming a mum is wonderful but completely exhausting. Our healthy snack boxes were created to support women through childbirth and the early days with baby when even brushing your hair is a challenge.

Our vision is that the box will not only provide nourishment but a moment of self care - baby's nap time is mama's snack time.

The benefits of convenient, real food snacking during the postnatal period are increased energy, better sleep, more balanced hormones, quicker recovery, improved breastmilk supply and quality, improved mood and the joy of treating yourself in a guilt free way.

Developed with Maternal Health Nutritionist Tasha D'Cruz, the box contains 20 natural vegan snacks, a self care postcard and discount off Tasha's nutrition packages.

We aim to send boxes within 2 working days and they're sent on a 2 working day 2nd class Royal Mail service. You can upgrade to 1st class at checkout for an additional fee. Please bear with us if timeframes fall outside of this as we're a small family business.

Snacks are packaged in a cute luggage trunk style box for each Mama to start their snacking adventure in style. Some snacks may vary according to stock levels but will always be of equal or higher value.
