Feeding another human is rewarding but at times challenging. Our unique, caffeine free blend of fennel, nettle, fenugreek seeds, lemon verbena and star anise is a support to your milk supply, and tastes delicious. Created with breastfeeding mothers in mind, but there's no need to stop once your baby moves on to a bottle or cup.
Warming, Spicy, Almost Savoury: in a good way! Fenugreek gives this blend a wonderful balance of sweet and bitter notes, with it's aroma of dark, almost burnt caramel. Fennel, Anise and Lemon Verbena add to it's sweetness, with rosemary and nettle giving it a warming, earthy note. It's probably the most complex tea in our range, but utterly delicious.
We don't recommend adding milk or sugar, but follow your cravings and personal taste! We've ensured that our teas, can be reheated in the microwave - we know what motherhood is like. As we use whole leaves, each of our tea pyramids, can be kept and reused to make a second cup of tea. Just leave it in for a little longer the next time. Enjoy!
Each pack contains 15 whole leaf, biodegradable tea pyramids. They can be used to make 30 cups of tea or more. Free delivery included.

Prep & usageTake a moment with HotTea Mama. Boil the kettle, place your tea pyramid in your cup, and cover with boiling water. Leave for 3-5 mins depending how strong you like your tea. Best enjoyed without milk.
