Mercato Mediterranean Gin is very close to our heart as she was the very first gin we distilled back in the summer of 2018.
We name her after Mercato Metropolitano, the Italian-inspired sustainable food and drink market in South London, where our sustainable distillery and flagship gin bar is located.
