Nose: Honeyed grains and green fruit freshness, with rich vanilla building underneath. A hint of meaty malt tucked away, too.
Palate: Bright and fresh on the palate, with more honeyed notes shining through. Subtly grassy at points, leading to a gentle waft of coastal peat.
Finish: Lingering notes of rounded barley stick around on the finish.
Overall: A tasty dram that's up-front with its flavour profile, though with some complexity to mull over on the way.
