About the Producer
Simon’s Award winning marmalade is at the heart of the business, which Simon has been making for over 34 years. His secret is to cook the fruit slowly at a lower temperature and to caramelise some of the sugars prior to setting, this gives it the rich dark and tangy flavour.

Simon and Nicola are proud to bring to your table a disparate group of products that are special and different to what you might find on the market elsewhere. Ingredients, where ever possible are sourced locally and of the highest quality. Production waste is minimal and even the remaining pith and pips from the marmalade production are composted.
