About the Producer
Eponine is an independent British chocolatier dedicated to crafting the very best in luxury chocolate and confectionery. Eponine was founded by husband and wife team, Chris and Natalie, with the aim of producing the very best in modern British chocolate and confectionery. Both are totally self-taught, having swapped careers in science to focus on their passion for fine chocolate. All Eponine products are crafted by hand in small batches in our kitchen just outside of Manchester. Our first chocolate collection was launched in 2015, and the following year we were named “Rising Star” at the prestigious Academy of Chocolate Awards.

Storage
Shelf Life : We do not use preservatives in our gourmet chocolates, so they are best enjoyed fresh on their allocated days. Don't worry if you miss a day – they will last for around a week after Christmas, if you can resist the temptation to "catch up"…
Storage : Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours.
