Philippe Germain is the winemaker at Chateau De La Roulerie located in the Loire Valley France. He has been making wine for over 20 years and has been pioneering organic and bio-dynamic wine making practices for a long time. His wines are a true reflection of the Loire Valley wine region. Fresh and full of orchard fruits with a nice acidity underpinning them which make them a perfect match with food. 12.5% abv. Expect a mouth full of fresh red fruits. Subtle strawberry, cherry and raspberry flavours with a nice balanced acidity.
Pair with: Sushi or a BBQ on a sunny day.
