He has been making wine for over 20 years and has been pioneering organic and bio-dynamic wine making practices for a long time. His wines are a true reflection of the Loire Valley wine region. Fresh and full of orchard fruits with a nice acidity underpinning them which make them a perfect match with food. 12.5% abv. Expect a mouth full of fresh red fruits. Subtle strawberry, cherry and raspberry flavours with a nice balanced acidity.
Pair with: Sushi or a BBQ on a sunny day.
