Korean Barbecue is a delicious way of packing umami into your food. With the help of korean chilli powder (gochugaru) and soy sauce powder from the finest soy sauce produced in the world. Our Korean barbecue mix needs gently breaking up before whisking into your choice of oil before marinading beef strips or even chicken.
Mix with Korean chilli paste (gochugaru) for added heat and that lovely deep red colour.
A lovingly prepared blend of: sugar, sesame seeds, soy sauce powder, garlic, onion, chilli, salt, ginger, white pepper.

For a healthy alternative, use our Spice Cartel blend as a dry rub to add instant, healthy flavour to your favourite dishes. It is ideal to add a perfect balance of flavours to fish, meat and vegetables.
