Bath Culture House's Kimchi Ketchup is a spicy, tangy and aromatic sauce created for use as a relish on everything from vegan burgers to hot fried rice. It's a similar recipe as our Kimchi but fermented differently (top secret!) and for use on different dishes. We use a combination of nori, sea greens and dulse seaweed to give the best profile of nutrients as possible. Seaweed is high in iron, whilst fermented Chinese-leaf cabbage has a variety of 'good', friendly bacteria.

At Bath Culture House, being responsible to every person and business we 'touch' is very important to us. We like to support local businesses as much as possible, so buy our vegetables from local suppliers including The Community Farm. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and has been chosen for the products we make to remain as fresh as possible - like with our cardboard vegan cheese 'tubs', which allow the cheese to 'breathe' properly. Furthermore, we use a 'Tintoretto' type label which contains no plastic at all, to label our products.

Bath Culture House aims to dispatch your order within 3 working day of receipt. However, this is subject to stock availability, and errors in accurate stock counts can be made.
Dispatches will be made Monday – Wednesday, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries will be made to the address you’ve entered at the checkout. If the incorrect address has been entered, Bath Culture House does not accept responsibility for any diverted deliveries. On occasions, parcels can be held up, through no fault of our own. Should you receive your parcel late (i.e. not the day after the parcel is collected from us, but later), please accept our apologies for this, on behalf of the courier company.
In hot weather, where ice packs melt sooner than normal, we will be happy to replace any products that are no longer suitable for consumption. Please be aware that we are currently only shipping to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, Guernsey and Scottish Highlands. Due to the fresh nature of our products and Brexit, we are currently not selling to Northern Ireland or anywhere abroad.
