My kebab, or kofta, blend allows you to create amazing lamb or chicken kebabs at home. I find the simple, natural flavours offer a great taste and allow for a simple family meal which feels like you’re having a takeaway.
This spice blend makes great lamb kebabs but also great to mix with vegetables for a vegetarian option. I always serve the kebabs on warm parathas or wraps with salad and yogurt.
