Olives are the fruits of century-old trees of distinct variety that are harvested one by one following maturation. The delicious olives are processed and preserved in a natural and traditional way without the use of preservatives.
These Kalamata Olives are perfect when combined in a tradition Greek salad, a stew or even chopped and stirred through couscous to give it a delightful lift in flavour. Olives are a valuable addition to the Mediterranean - Cretan diet and have long been coveted for their simply wonderful flavour.
Serving Suggestions: For breakfast, with tea, cheese, bread or rusk, as a snack, as an appetizer for every meal, in salads, pizzas, sandwiches, in sauces for pasta (after removing the stone)
Storage Conditions: Before opening, keep in a cool and dry place away from sunlight, or in the refrigerator (4-7°C). After opening keep in the refrigerator (4-7°C) for up to 2 months.
