We use only the highest-grade 'Temple of Heaven' green tea. Each leaf has been gently and skillfully rolled to form a tight round pellet resembling gunpowder. When hot water is added, the leaves gracefully unfold to produce a light and subtly sweet infusion. Light and flavourful. Velvety smooth with hints of buttery green beans.
