Marjoram leaves are small, fluffy, oval and have a distinctive lavender-type scent that is closely related to oregano. Marjoram is used for seasoning soups, stews, dressings, sauces, and for herbal teas. To use it as a hot beverage, boil a few teaspoons of marjoram in a pot of water. Strain and drink it hot with honey.

Prep & usagePut 2 spoons of tea into teapot and add hot water.
Cover teapot and steep tea for 3-5 minutes.
