Finally! Gluten-free pizza dough balls that produce delicious, authentic Italian pizzas! Our days of eating store-bought, cardboard-like crusts are over!
Gluten-free dough is trickier to use than regular dough, defrost thoroughly in the fridge, remove and leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours until the temperature of the product reaches 22°-23°C.
Your pizza dough balls will arrive semi-frozen and should be transferred to your freezer immediately, or if you are intending to use them the next day, simply pop them in the fridge to thaw.
