I had to dedicate this pizza to my mamma, just because she is sweet and spicy (like a lot of us Italians). The spice comes from hot paprika in the pepperoni and the Calabrian chilli in the 'Nduja which comes from Spiligna in southern Italy. Originally used for spreading on fresh bread, 'Nduja has become extremely popular in many Italian dishes (especially pizza) adding a deep aromatic and meaty flavour. All finished off with a drizzle of sweet honey which intensifies the flavours when cooked.

About the Producer
