Contains two beautiful gluten free beers from the Wold Top Yorkshire brewery, and a selection of fine cheddar cheeses. Paired with delicious snacking cheese and salami.

This box contains:

• Vintage Cheddar Truckle: Three year aged cheddar with crunchy salt crystals.
• Smoked Cheddar Truckle: Powerful naturally oak-smoked cheese with a hint of paprika.
• Black Pepper Cheddar Barrel: Creamy cheddar with cracked black pepper.
• Wold Top "Against The Grain" Beer 50cl (4.5% ABV): Premium full flavoured bitter beer with a good creamy head, refreshing bitterness and citrus aftertaste.
• Wold Top "Scarborough Fair" IPA 50cl (5.0%): Strong and well hopped. Interestingly brewed with a pale Wold grown malt base and a triple blend of hops.
• Classic Snacking Salami: Prepared with a careful combination of herbs and spices, this salami delivers a depth of taste that works beautifully with the tanginess of the cured meat.
• Crunchy Snacking Cheese Bag with Truffle: Delicious Italian Quattrocento cheese crumbled and baked for a cheese snack that’s off the chart tasty.
• Savoury Cheese Wafers with Roasted Onion & Nigella Seed: Deliciously aromatic blend of roasted onions and mature cheddar cheese, paired with the subtly fragrant flavour of Nigella seeds.
