Bath Culture House's Turmeric and Ginger Sauerkraut is a slightly sweet, fruity, delicate take on Bath Culture House's original sauerkraut recipe; fermented with ginger, turmeric and apple and packed full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. We use locally grown apples where possible and the skin of the ginger as well as the flesh, to keep all nutrients in-tact and to prevent waste as much as possible. British fermented white cabbage has a variety of 'good', friendly bacteria.

At Bath Culture House, being responsible to every person and business we 'touch' is very important to us. We like to support local businesses as much as possible, so buy our vegetables from local suppliers including The Community Farm. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and has been chosen for the products we make to remain as fresh as possible - like with our cardboard vegan cheese 'tubs', which allow the cheese to 'breathe' properly. Furthermore, we use a 'Tintoretto' type label which contains no plastic at all, to label our products.
